1. Who We Are
SkAI ("we," "us," "our") is an AI-powered real estate deal analysis platform. We are operated through the Polsia platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use SkAI.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect Social Security numbers, government IDs, or sensitive personal information beyond what is listed above.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the SkAI Service (process your documents and generate analysis)
- Manage your account and authenticate your sessions
- Process payments and send billing confirmations
- Improve the platform — fix bugs, optimize performance, and develop new features
- Send transactional emails (receipts, password resets, important product updates)
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security threats
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not use your uploaded documents to train AI models. Documents are processed to generate your analysis and then stored for your access only.
4. Data Retention
Uploaded documents: Stored securely and accessible through your account. You can request deletion at any time by emailing support@polsia.app. We will delete your documents within 30 days of a valid deletion request.
Analysis results: Retained as long as your account is active, so you can reference past analyses. Deleted when your account is closed or upon request.
Account data: Retained for the duration of your account. Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 90 days, except where retention is required for legal or billing purposes.
Payment records: Retained for a minimum of 7 years for tax and legal compliance.
5. Third-Party Services
We share data with trusted third parties only as necessary to operate the Service:

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes. We will not share your documents with any third party without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit
- Encryption at rest for stored documents and sensitive data
- Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel only
- Regular security reviews of our infrastructure
No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data
- Portability: Request your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain types of data processing
- Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for optional data processing at any time

California Residents (CCPA): You have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, and opt out of sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information.
EU/EEA Residents (GDPR): You have rights under the GDPR including access, rectification, erasure, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
8. Cookies
We use the following types of cookies:
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and session management. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Used to understand how visitors use the platform (anonymized visitor IDs, page views). These help us improve the product.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We do not share cookie data with advertisers or ad networks.
You can disable analytics cookies by clearing your browser's localStorage (key: polsia_vid). Essential session cookies are required for the Service to function.
9. Children's Privacy
SkAI is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us at support@polsia.app and we will delete it promptly.
10. International Transfers
Your data may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. By using SkAI, you consent to the transfer of your data to countries that may have different data protection standards than your home country. We take steps to ensure adequate protections are in place for such transfers.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the Service before taking effect. Your continued use of SkAI after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
